At Somni Beds, every bed, mattress, and headboard is carefully crafted in our UK facility. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched directly to your address.

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

Orders outside mainland UK may require additional delivery arrangements or may not be available for delivery.

We offer Free Standard Delivery across UK Mainland.

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

4. Delivery Process

Deliveries are completed either by our in-house delivery team or trusted logistics partners.

All deliveries include door-side delivery to your address.

Customers are advised to keep their existing bed or mattress until the new product has been successfully delivered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers selecting installation services must ensure:

• Clear and safe access to the delivery location
• Adequate space for product assembly
• The product can fit through doors, hallways, and staircases

Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging materials after installation.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
