This website is operated by Somni Beds (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

The information on this website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, may change without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation via email.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable if an order is cancelled by the customer.

Deposits will only be refunded if Somni Beds cancels the order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.

4. Order Alterations

Requests to change an order after it has been placed may incur additional charges depending on the modification requested.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a redelivery charge may apply.

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the delivery team.

6. Assembly Service

If assembly service is selected, our team will deliver the product to your chosen room and assemble it.

Assembly service does not include dismantling existing furniture or removing packaging materials.

7. Warranty

Somni Beds products include the following warranty coverage:

90-Day Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced within this period.

2-Year Parts Replacement Warranty
After the first 90 days, replacement parts for manufacturing defects will be supplied at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.

8. Cancellation & Returns

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

Any damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email with clear photographic evidence.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers may return standard items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original packaging
• The item must be returned in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If a customer orders the incorrect size, a £175 administration and logistics charge may apply.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a £75 administration fee may apply.

9. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been assembled or used
• The product is not returned in its original condition or packaging

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size, colour, and material selection before placing an order.

10. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

11. Exchanges

At this time, Somni Beds does not offer exchanges.

Customers wishing to change a product must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

12. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is refused without a valid defect claim, the order may be considered fulfilled and refunds may not apply.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a redelivery fee may apply.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
